All fees are agreed upon in advance and are due according to the terms set out in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur interest.

Any non-public information shared between TolTem and clients during projects shall remain confidential unless agreed otherwise in writing.

TolTem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services provided, unless otherwise mandated by law.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if these terms are violated or at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
